Suggestion: Program in C or Python etc. to simplify coding.
Coding took quite a bit of time, because resources were disparate and out of logical order. Also the database references 10-yr old data (2012). Ensure that database is up and running before wasting time. Next idea to try is download complete database and work with it directly.
Solution attempted to see behind Contact Us Bubble.
Used Ctrl + or Ctrl -. Thus changing zoom brought the add file link to a visible status. This also solved my problem with not being able to see many website pages with Shortcuts limiting my view to one page, such that I could not rearange pages. Zoom is at 67%, thus text is really small.
